Прием, с помощью которого инвесторы занимают нейтральные позиции по отношению к разным финансовым инструментам одной и той же компании. Наиболее чистые формы арбитража капиталов включают одновременные сделки с базовыми активами и опционами на них, одновременные сделки с конвертируемыми облигациями (см. Конвертируемые ценные бумаги) и комбинациями долга и акций (либо производных инструментов от базовой акции).
